RingGo permits conditions of use

1. The permit is valid Monday to Sunday (including evenings and Bank Holidays).

2. When purchasing a parking saver on the RingGo app, please use the code 804576. The permit is only valid on the below car parks:

• Albion Road
• Derbyshire Times
• Devonshire Street
• Durrant Road
• Hollis Lane
• Queens Park Annexe
• Queens Park North
• Queens Park South
• Spa Lane
• Station Road
• Theatre Lane

3. Permits will run from date of purchase.

4. By purchasing a permit it does not guarantee you a space.

5. You should observe and comply with any parking regulations within the car park, such as parking in a marked bay, otherwise a penalty charge notice may be issued.

6. If your vehicle details change contact 0203 046 0010.

7. Chesterfield Borough Council has a right to refuse renewal of a permit.

8. Chesterfield Borough Council does not send out reminders when the permit is due to expire.

9. Chesterfield Borough Council can cease to offer the discounted parking permits at any time.

10. Only one vehicle can be registered to a permit.
