Through a My Chesterfield account you can also:

• manage your Council Tax or benefit account online
• check your bin day or rent account, or contact your councillor
• apply for council services, report problems and check the progress of your enquiries

Alternatively you can contact us without logging into My Chesterfield, but you won't be able to track the progress of your enquiry online.
