Are you seeking a fast-paced, rewarding role where you can have a tangible impact on your local community?
We are a TSA-accredited 24/7 call monitoring and response service which is rapidly expanding, we are looking for compassionate and skilled Careline Response Officers to join our team.
About the role
As a Careline Response Officer, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need. Working a flexible 24/7 rota, your key responsibilities will include:
- handling emergency and non-emergency calls from customers providing a professional, caring, and consistent service
- attending customer homes to assist those who have fallen, using specialised equipment to help lift them safely
- liaising with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require
- this is a role where you can truly make a difference, helping older and disabled individuals maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes
What we're looking for
- excellent communication skills and the ability to interact sensitively with people of all ages and abilities
- experience working under pressure and using your own initiative, with minimal supervision
- proficiency in using computer systems to accurately input and retrieve information
- have a current drivers licence which allows you to drive vehicles with a manual gearbox (a vehicle will be supplied to use during working time)
