Change your name on My Chesterfield
You need a My Chesterfield account to tell us about your change of name online.
This is because we need to verify your details before giving you access to your Council Tax account.
Signing up is quick and easy. We will need to know:

- your phone number
- your email address

Once you have signed up you can tell us about your change of name, and you can also:
- check your bin day and contact your councillor
- apply for council services and report problems
