This is because we need to verify your details before giving you access to your Business Rates account.

Signing up is quick and easy. We will need to know:

• your name and address
• your phone number
• your email address 

'My Services' is the secure part of My Chesterfield where you will be able to manage your Business Rates account online. For your security we will send you a PIN through the post before giving you online access to your Business Rates account. 

Once your registration is complete you can submit your application, and you can also:

• tell us about changes to your Business Rates account
• request council services and report problems
