Hire a meeting space at Chesterfield Town Hall

Chesterfield Town Hall is a Grade II listed building, located in the heart of the town centre – making it the perfect place for you to hold your meeting.

For a fee, you can book one of the committee rooms or the Council Chamber, for minimum of two hours, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can also hire the room for the full day.

You are also welcome to use the digital equipment available in each room to share presentations or videos straight from your own laptop through ClickShare technology.

Capacity limits are independent and not cumulative. For example, if you have 40 seated you can not also have 145 standing.

Accessibility

All of the rooms are fully accessible with disabled toilets located close to the meeting rooms.

Catering and refreshments

We do not offer catering or refreshments in our committee rooms, you are however welcome to bring your own. Alternatively there is a hot drink vending machine located very close to the committee rooms.
