Send your complaint through My Chesterfield
My Chesterfield is our secure online service for residents and businesses in Chesterfield.
If you don't already have an account, signing up is quick and easy - we just need to know:

When you send us your complaint online through your My Chesterfield account you can track its progress.
Through a My Chesterfield account you can also:
- manage your Council Tax or benefit account online
- check your bin day and contact your councillor
- apply for council services, report problems and check the progress of your enquiries
Use form below to send a complaint to us online. We have a separate form for sending us a comment, compliment or general enquiry.
Alternatively you can send us a complaint without logging into My Chesterfield. You won't be able to track the progress of your enquiry online, and if you don't provide your contact details we won't be able to respond to you.
